The 718 Spyder RS features a revised carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic splitter, vented front fenders, additional upper intakes, and a speed-activated rear spoiler when compared with the contemporary 718 Spyder. Weissach Package-equipped cars are denoted by titanium tailpipes and the Gurney flap on rear spoiler as well as exposed carbon-fiber weave on the hood, intakes, and side mirror housings. This example is finished in Paint to Sample “Viper Green” and is fitted with LED headlights with Porsche Dynamic Lighting System as well as power-folding side mirrors, ParkAssist rear parking sensors, and integrated dual exhaust outlets exiting through the rear diffuser. Paint protection film has been applied to the front of the vehicle, rockers, and front of the rear quarter panels.
The black 20″ forged alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires measuring 245/35 up front and 295/30 out back. A front-axle lift system was optioned from the factory, and stopping power is provided by four-wheel cross-drilled and ventilated discs.
The 18-way adaptive Sport Plus seats are upholstered in black leather and Race-Tex with green stitching. Appointments include carbon-fiber trim, “Weissach RS” headrest embroidery, dual-zone automatic climate control, a Bose sound system, a fire extinguisher, and PCM infotainment with navigation.
