The car is finished in Grigio Lynx with black wheel arch flares and rally-style front driving lights as well as a ride height approximately 44mm higher than the Hurácan EVO. Additional exterior details comprise a central roof-mounted air intake, an integrated rear spoiler, LED lighting, roof rails, a rearview camera, parking sensors, a vented engine cover, and twin exhaust outlets.
Black 19″ Morus forged wheels are mounted with Bridgestone Dueler tires. The Sterrato features the Lamborghini Dinamica Veicolo Integrata (LDVI) system, which controls the torque vectoring, traction control, and all-wheel-drive systems. Stopping power is provided by carbon-ceramic disc brakes with green Lamborghini-branded calipers.
The manually adjustable sport bucket seats are trimmed in Nero Ade leather and Alcantara with green stitching and headrest embroidery while matching Alcantara and stitching extend to the dashboard, center console, and door panels. Dark chrome trim adorns the cockpit, and amenities include a cupholder, cruise control, and a touchscreen infotainment system with an optional smartphone interface. An engine start button is located in the center console beneath a hinged cover.
The Alcantara-wrapped flat-bottom steering wheel features a drive-mode selector with three separate ANIMA dynamic driving modes plus a Sterrato-specific Rally mode and sits ahead of column-mounted shift paddles.
