Description
Introduced at the 2018 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, the Pista Spider is an open-air version of the track-focused Pista coupe fitted with a power-retractable, two-piece folding hardtop that stows over the engine. This example is finished in Blu Elettrico with an Argento Nurburgring extended racing livery and features carbon-fiber front flaps, outer B-post trim, rear diffuser, front air vents, and side air splitters as well as Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, AFS adaptive front lighting, rear parking sensors, a vented deck lid, and dual exhaust outlets.
Black-finished 20″ forged wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires measuring 245/35 up front and 305/30 at the rear. The car is equipped with an SCM-E magnetorheological suspension control system and an optional suspension lift system. Braking is provided by yellow-finished multi-piston calipers over ceramic-composite discs at each corner.
The interior features large-size carbon-fiber racing seats with lifters upholstered in black leather with a yellow center stripe, accent stitching, and embroidered headrest logos. Carbon fiber adorns the dashboard, center console, door panels, upper tunnel, and door sills, and additional amenities include dual-zone automatic climate control, a rearview camera, cruise control, and navigation.
The leather- and carbon-fiber-trimmed steering wheel sits ahead of column-mounted carbon-fiber paddle shifters and features an engine-start button, a manettino driving-mode selector, and shift lights. Instrumentation consists of a central 10k-rpm tachometer flanked by multifunction displays.
